Shipping Policy


We currently ship only within Singapore.



Standard Delivery:

We offer FREE standard delivery for orders of S$200 and above (nett after discounts) per delivery address, throughout Singapore.

A S$20 standard delivery charge will apply for orders less than S$200 (nett after discounts) per delivery address.


Standard delivery will typically take place within 2-3 working days from the receipt of orders placed before 5 p.m. on a business day. Any order placed after 5 p.m. on a business day or placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed only on the next business day.


We deliver only Mondays to Fridays, typically between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m..

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.



Urgent Delivery:

If you have an urgent delivery request, please contact us directly at Any email communication sent after 5 p.m. on a business day or sent on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed only on the next business day.

For an urgent same-day delivery or an urgent delivery within the next 12 hours, an extra urgent delivery charge of S$30 will apply per delivery address.


Alternatively, for urgent orders that you would like to pick up yourself / self-collect on the same day, please contact us without delay at We cannot guarantee self-collection would be possible for your orders, but we will try our best to make it work!

No extra urgent charge will be imposed for self-collected orders.




All items sold on this website will not be refundable but can be exchangeable, subject to conditions and acceptance, within 7 days of receipt of goods.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Shipped:

Please inspect your orders upon receipt and contact us immediately at with photo proof, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase, if the item received is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item.


For Tequila, Mezcal or Agave Nectar product: Bottles that have been damaged or broken during transit are eligible for exchange. Goods are also considered defective if the bottles arrive with a broken seal. Scratches or marks on the bottle or label or on the delivery packaging are not eligible as defects.


For other merchandise and accessories: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, in its original packaging where applicable.


All return procedures and relevant costs due to damaged or defective or wrong items shipped will be managed and borne by us.

We will endeavour to make good any damaged or defective or wrong item shipped within 48 hours or at the earliest availability of the replacement goods.


Other Exchange Requests:

Please contact us at for any other request for exchange, together with reason for exchange, photo proof where necessary, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should the exchange request be accepted, you may exchange for other item(s) of or up to the same value of your purchase, or less. No refund of cash may be made.

You may also be liable to bear the costs and process of returning the items to us.
