A natural sugar replacement, agave nectar is a plant-based food that is a healthy alternative to processed sugar and artificial sweeteners.
Our organic agave nectar is made from the the same high-quality Blue Weber agave that has been selected at the same mature ripeness as for all of our Código 1530 tequilas. We hand-select fully-matured agave, ensuring each agave’s Brix level (sugar content) meets our high standards.
Best for making cocktails and sweetening hot or cold beverages.
TASTING NOTES
Our agave nectar is sweeter than sugar and has a more neutral taste than bee’s honey. It pairs well with many food and cocktail recipes, as it enhances the natural flavors in the recipes without altering the flavor.
